Connecting the Dots: Exploring the Chakras
During this workshop, you will be introduced to the Chakras; what they are and how working with them can be beneficial. This workshop includes a meditation and pranayama practice. Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats and bolsters are available for your practice.

Moving With Your Energetic Body: Your Chakra Journey
During this workshop, we will utilize meditation, pranayama, asana (Vinyasa Flow) and journaling to explore our energetic bodies through the Chakras. Be prepared to move, explore, and have fun on this journey! Please wear comfortable clothing. Please bring a journal/notebook and something to write with. Mats, bolsters, and blocks will be provided.

Restoring the Energetic Body: Revitalize Your Energy
During this workshop, we will utilize meditation, pranayama, asana (Restorative) and journaling to rest and rejuvenate our bodies. Taking time to reflect on our journey into the Chakras, we will incorporate deep relaxing postures with mediation and visualization to fully integrate everything we have learned. Please wear comfortable clothing (because this is not a heating practice, you may want to bring layers!). Please also bring a journal/notebook and something to write with. Mats, bolsters, and blocks will be provided.
Heather Evans, MS, RYT-200 is the Founder of and Motivation Maven at Journeys on the Mat. She is a passionate teacher who is inspired by everyday moments of bravery and is fiercely dedicated to social justice and equality. In her classes, there is a deep emphasis on breath, playfulness, and personal empowerment. Her mission is to break boundaries and connect people to the moment and their deeper selves in shared spaces of inspiration and support.
