Are you interested in deepening your personal yoga practice? Do you want to explore different postures and connecting your physical practice to your everyday experience? Are you uncertain about stepping into a group yoga class? If so, consider a one-on-one session!
In our sessions, we will explore pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and asana (physical yoga postures) to deepen your personal practice of yoga both on (and off!) the mat. During our time together, we will look at the emotional, physical, energetic, and mental aspects of yoga, allowing for a transformational experience through movement and feeling. I will provide hand-on and verbal adjustments that will enhance your practice and we will continuously check in to ensure your needs are being met every step of the way.
During our first session we will discuss your vision for your yoga practice. We will develop a specific practice just for you…designed around your needs and desires. The first 1.5 hour session is USD $80 and can be offered either in person or online. Rates for additional sessions can then be discussed so we can meet your budget and achieve your dreams!
