We all know that meditation can be a powerful tool to help us reduce stress, increase focus and connect to our intention. Join Heather for a free five week course on the power of meditation.

During this session, we will de-bunk the myths surrounding meditation and will explore a simple breath meditation. There will be time for questions and answers!
Tuesday, February 10 from 8:00 – 9:00 PM Central
Mantras and mudras (hand positions) can add a great deal to the transformational power of meditation. We will explore a couple of mantras and mudras that you can use to enhance your meditation practice!
Tuesday, February 17 from 8:00 – 9:00 PM Central
We will take time to explore the Chakras in meditation and how the use of colour and sound can deepen and intensify the work that occurs during meditation.
Tuesday, February 24 from 8:00 – 9:00 PM Central
During this session, we will examine the difference between guided and unguided meditation as well as the power of Metta meditation.
Tuesday, March 3 from 8:00 – 9:00 PM Central
Our final session! We will examine what we have learned and discuss our own personal meditation journeys. In addition, Heather will ask you to join her for a 21-day Meditation Exploration where we all commit to daily meditation for 21 days!
