Vinyasa Flow is a fun and creative practice that requires focus and breath awareness. Flowing rhythmically through sequences known as sun salutations, the body is detoxified and thoroughly stretched through this intense and challenging practice. This practice builds strength, builds stamina, increases flexibility, moves at a quick pace, and is very fun to partake in. Experience with Vinyasa Flow is helpful prior to attending this class. It is recommended that students attend this practice only with the referral of a Jitendra Yoga facilitator.
